Notes on environmental protection

Take back of batteries according to battery law

Many devices come with batteries. Also in the devices themselves batteries or rechargeable batteries can be installed. In connection with the distribution of these batteries or accumulators, we as distributors are legally obliged to inform our customers about the following:

Please dispose of waste batteries, as prescribed by law, at a municipal collection point (local community), at special old battery containers or deliver them free of charge on the spot. For this you are legally required.

The disposal in the household waste is expressly forbidden according to battery law.

You can return batteries obtained from us after use, if you do not wish to make use of the possibility of delivery on site, free of charge at our address below or return them by post to us:

Vision Systems GmbH, Aspelohe 27A, 22848 Norderstedt

Batteries containing pollutants are marked with the symbol of a crossed-out wheelie bin. Under the respective wheelie bin symbol is the corresponding chemical name of the pollutant. The designations stand for:

"Cd" = cadmium

"Pb" = lead

"Hg" = mercury

Notes on old electrical appliances

Old electrical appliances must not be disposed of with household waste, but must be sent to separate collection. For this reason, all electrical appliances that can be used in private households are marked with a "crossed-out wheeled bin".

The symbol indicates that this device may not be disposed of with the trash.

Old batteries and accumulators that are not enclosed by the old electrical appliance must be separated from it before it is disposed of. Please also note that your personal data on the waste electrical and electronic equipment to be disposed of before disposal.

For you as a private household, the return is free of charge for us and at the municipal recycling centers. The addresses and opening hours of municipal recycling centers can be found in your city or municipality.
